I am offering a number of courses this fall. Please see the Announcements below for details. I will be giving a presentation this Tuesday, October 6, 7:00-8:30pm joined by Life Coach Judi Newman about the Peace Nouvella Players™ ensemble training and coaching. All are invited to attend this event held at the Annapolis Lymphedema and Therapy Center. The ALTC is at 2001 Tidewater Colony Drive, Suite 102, Annapolis, Md 21401 at the intersection of Bestgate Rd. and Tidewater Colony Drive.
The presentation will include sampler exercises included in the Peace Nouvella Players™ ensemble training programs.
As developer for this program I designed it to include training and coaching skills in the following areas: intuitive non-verbal "body language", inner listening, visualization and multi-sensory communication skills. This program offers a unique blend of creative arts and healing arts educational programs and presentations designed to inspire inner and outer peace in the world. It is open to all ages to assist individuals in developing greater mental clarity, peaceful inner calm, harmony, creativity, self-trust and motivated confidence. Judi brings her skills as a Life Coach to the program using co-active coaching principles of fulfillment, balance and process. She helps individuals find greater understanding about what brings them fulfillment, deep satisfaction and meaning in their lives She also coaches participants in the program in finding greater balance, choice and empowerment in the lives.
This program is free with donations appreciated as part of the monthly events sponsored by the American Healing Arts Alliance Inc. non-profit organization. DESCRIPTION In this introductory course the body is seen as a means of communication that can express health as well-being or unhealthiness as suffering. As a means of communication, the body can convey the underlying cause of a physical issue as "dis-ease" or other unhealthy conditions. The topics covered include physically based anatomical maps as well as subtle energy maps in relationship to our five senses as communication channels. When there is interference to this communication it can lead to unhealthy conditions as emotional and physical pain, sickness, accidents, and an increased rate in the aging process. When these communication channels are restored to full functioning we experience greater physical health and emotional well-being both individually and collectively.

Through experiential exercises and the use a naturalist's journal, you will have an opportunity to attune yourself to nature's natural rhythms, cycles and subtle interactions. This interactive experience will increase your awareness of your soul's interconnectiveness to all of life, and allow the Source of all creation to speak to you through nature. In this way we learn to recognize through the myriad expressions of life and creative form, a loving supportive infinite intelligence that communicates through nature. DESCRIPTION: This course offers an introduction to the variety of hands healing methods practiced around the world. This includes both touch and non-touch techniques working with subtle energy also called "laying on of hands, reiki, johrei, qi-gong, therapeutic touch, healing touch" etc. Learn to sense your life force as an energy also known as chi, ki, prana, bio-energy or electro-magnetic energy. Develop skills working with your hands to detect and direct subtle healing energies in and around the body. This course is designed for both health care providers and others interested in developing new or enhanced skills to promote well-being and healing.

DESCRIPTION: Peace Nouvella™ is an international educational peacebuilding project that I have been following inner guidance about since 1994. This experiential presentation is co-creatively designed as an introduction to the Peace Nouvella™ comprehensive course of study. Individual and group participation includes lecture, discussion and experiential exercises. The words Peace Nouvella mean "a new peace scripted in the heart, co-authored with God". This co-authorship involves connecting with the highest aspects of your being for personal growth, healing and creative expression. Further in-depth study includes; meditation, inner peacebuilding, intuition and a subtle energy training and a hands healing practice called the Peace Pulse™. It also includes the creative arts for healing through: journaling, art, music, theater and storytelling. The full training includes opportunities for skills development as a professional Peace Nouvella™ practitioner, facilitator and trainer. DESCRIPTION This will be an experiential application of the information presented in the introductory class. We will be including group and individual practice sessions to help you learn to sense this communication for yourself within your own body as messenger. The purpose is to assist you in releasing self-limiting thoughts that have an effect on your self-healing abilities. We will also help you develop and establish reliable skills that you can use for yourself and to help others in a gentle supportive unfolding process toward greater health and well-being.
THE BODY AS COMMUNICATOR - Individual Sessions

This work combines their knowledge and skills in subtle energy healing and functional physical anatomy. DESCRIPTION Create more inner peace, health and balance in all areas of your life. Develop an understanding of meditative healing practices as they relate to individual and global healing. These include active mind and still mind forms as well as walking and other forms of moving meditation. Techniques using sound, visualization and journaling are also covered combining music, art and writing to help you integrate meditative practices into your daily life. DESCRIPTION: The Peace Nouvella Players™ is part of an international educational peacebuilding program called Peace Nouvella™. Study to become part of the Peace Nouvella Players™ includes; inner peacebuilding performance skills, meditative practices, journaling, art, music, dance, theater and storytelling as forms of creative arts expression and a subtle energy peacebuilding practice called the Peace Pulse™. Performers of all ages are eligible to join our diverse troupe of visual artists, writers, poets, storytellers, musicians, dancers, filmmakers and theater performers. This training is also for directors, stage managers, crew as part of a supportive team. Our programs are designed to produce innovative productions that serve the greater community and provide leadership in the use of the creative arts for healing. This includes encouraging others to recognize the role artists play in finding creative solutions for the challenges we face individually and globally in our rapidly changing times. The Peace Nouvella Players™ presentations produced are designed to provide entertaining inspirational performances and educational programs for theaters, schools, conferences, organizations, faith communities and special events.
Peace Nouvella Players™ individual coaching and group classes are required as prerequisite to becoming part of the Peace Nouvella Players™ creative and performing arts ensemble. The individually coached sessions include personalized exercises designed to further develop skills needed for participation in group classes and performances.
